FluidTek supply Koehler ATEX II class rate fuel sampling kits. These kits allow sampling at any level of the tank with complete safety & ease of use.
The units are stainless steel construction and have an earthed cable winder with top & mid level sampling unit as well as bottom sampling (bacon bomb) unit. FluidTek can also provide a Pelican custom carry case for these units.

Testing fuels, particularly newly supplied fuels, for water content is an extremely important component of a contamination mitigation. Water is the primary catalyst for microbial growth in diesel fuel & it must be very carefully monitored & controlled. FluidTek provides Kolor Kut Modified (biodiesel suitable) dip paste.
FAME Content Testing Kits
FluidTek supply FAME content on site & real time testing kits to allow you to test your fuels to quantify the amount of biodiesel blended with diesel fuel. This easy-to-use test method converts methyl esters in biodiesel blends in free fatty acids then titrates the resulting acids.
The kits are available in 3 different test ranges of 0 – 10%, 0 – 20%, and up to 60%. The kits are designed so that a technician with minimum training can efficiently & accurately run the test.

ICM 2.0 - Contamination Monitor
The ICM 2.0 automatically measures & displays particulate contamination, moisture & temperature levels with diesel fuels. It is designed specifically to be mounted directly to systems, where ongoing measurement or analysis is required & where space & costs are limited. The unit also data logs with a 4000 test result on board result memory. Importantly, the unit operates without any OPEX for accurate trending information.
