Particle Pal FS9V2-RH

Whether on site or in the laboratory, the Portable Particle Pal FS9V2-RH will provide instant cleanliness readings in ISO, SAE, NAS to allow you to fully understand the condition of your lubricants. The system provides readings in ISO:4406 for up to 4, 6, 14 & 21 micron levels for instant comparison to international or national lubricant cleanliness standards. This system also includes a relative humidity (RH%) function providing a clear insight into the level of water in the fuels being tested. A self contained system, complete with integral pump & controlled flow rate.

The new Particle Pal Pro Lab utilises the S120 Digital Imaging counter and works with standard 100mL sample volume.Pull through stepper pump running at 20mL/min or less with almost no aeration due to this configuration. Diesel fuel through to lubricants of 3,000+ cSt. Digital imaging combed with advanced algorithms, sorts particles into the following categories for contamination root cause analysis:

  • Fatigue Wear
  • Cutting Wear
  • Sliding Wear
  • Fibres

The all new Particle Pal Pro – Picture of Health utilises breakthrough digital imaging technology which provides greater insight into the type of particulate in oil or fuel systems. Air bubble elimination & shape recognition gives root cause particle analysis. Remaining oil life & water content sensors complete the package. These units can test lubricants up to 2,400 cSt & also can be fitted with pressure reducing valve to allow on line sampling of up to 320 bar. Digital imaging combed with advanced algorithms, sorts particles into the following categories for contamination root cause analysis:

Instantly Test Multiple Oil Samples In-Field & in the Workshop.
Routine wear metal analysis of machinery lubricants provides early warning of impending faults. Midas provides an offline & at-line measurements of ferrous wear debris concentrations. This provides the insight needed to determine If equipment is operating normally or If additional analysis is required.
Midas provides repeatable & accurate determination of ferromagnetic material concentration down to single ppm levels. ‘Grease Thief’ compatible.

Sampling – A lubricant sample is placed in a standard 2ml laboratory sample tube. Debris reading is then taken by simply dropping the plastic sample tube into the sensing chamber & reading the updated display.
