Hippo Filter BD5000
Our popular Hippo Filter system is now available in a twin configuration, providing twice the pioneering performance.
Standard in-line filters generally filter down to 10-20μm efficiency, despite the most abrasive contaminants being the sub 5μm particles. With this in mind, the Hippo filters at the heart of the BD5000 are capable of removing harmful solid contaminants down to under 3μm. Moreover, utilising high performance filtration principles, they are able to remove both particulate and water with ease.
Being fully portable for ease of manoeuver and, in addition, coming with our high capacity, inexpensive cartridges fitted as standard, the BD5000 is the ultimate portable, low cost filtration solution.

Desiccant Filter Air Breathers
Our desiccant air breathers are designed to increase operational efficiency while reducing operating costs by protecting industrial systems from moisture and particle contaminants.
As fluid levels drop and pressure changes occur in a system, moist air is drawn through the breather. Air passes through a 2-micron solid contaminant filter and a diffuser to ensure maximum efficiency in the silica gel chamber. Water vapour in the air is absorbed by the silica gel before the dry air passes through a second 2-micron contaminant filter.
The filtered air that enters the reservoir is void of moisture and contaminants.
